About your Host Sunita Mann

I am known as The Career Success Strategist and Founder of The Great Leadership Company. I help Woman in the Banking & Finance industry who are looking to advance their career, helping them achieve greater levels of satisfaction and leadership status within their careers.

My entire career has been within the Banking & Finance industry where I spent 16 years helping women advance their careers. Through working with multi-national organisations, it was clear that the only way to advance your career was by “putting yourself out there”. Unfortunately, like many, of these women who are stuck in their career, I lacked the self-belief to progress in my own career. Overtime, I realised, the only way to advance my career was to have an opinion, build deep relationships, change habits and push myself out of my comfort zone. This is when my career advanced and later I went on to start my own business.

I recently helped a young woman who had been stuck at Financial Controller level for 10 years. She feared “putting herself out there” and didn’t feel she had the skills to progress further in her career. During our time together, she progressed to Finance Director within 1 year and 2 years later she is now marked for the Managing Director role within her business.

My clients come to me feeling disheartened and disillusioned and leave feeling excited and passionate about their future career.
