Join us in Rosewood London’s stunning Mirror Room on Monday, October 20th (6–8pm) for the last instalment of inspiring panel talks hosted by creative agency Female Narratives this year.

Moderated by FN co-founder Tijana Tamburic, the conversation will feature Denai Moore (chef and artist), Cynthia Shanmugalingam (founder of Rambutan and author), and Emily English (nutritionist and wellness creator). Together, they’ll explore food, culture, identity, and creativity in this great city—sharing how their personal journeys shape the way they nourish and connect with others. Expect honest stories and fresh perspectives.

Rosewood London will be serving canapés and a welcome drink for all guests included in the ticket price. Ticket proceeds will be donated with love to The Young Women's Hub, an independent school that provides a safe and nurturing environment in which young women can thrive.

More information about the panel:

Denai Moore is a chef, food entrepreneur, and musician whose creativity flows as seamlessly from the kitchen as it does from the booth. Born in Jamaica and raised in London, she founded the beloved vegan eatery Dee’s Table, where she reimagines traditional Jamaican flavors with modern, plant-based twists. Her passion for food is rooted in storytelling, community, and cultural heritage, blending nostalgia with innovation. She is the author of Plentiful, Vegan Jamaican Recipes To Eat and recently founded FLAKY - a vegan patty shop currently on the move between pop ups. Alongside her culinary ventures, Moore is also an acclaimed singer-songwriter, known for her soulful, genre-defying sound. Whether through a meal or a melody, she creates spaces for connection, care, and authentic self-expression.

Cynthia Shanmugalingam is the founder of Rambutan, the vibrant London restaurant celebrating the rich flavors of Sri Lanka. A passionate cook and storyteller, she brings her Tamil heritage to life through bold, soulful dishes that honor tradition while embracing creativity. Cynthia is also the author of Rambutan: Recipes from Sri Lanka, a critically acclaimed cookbook that captures the island’s diverse culinary history. Her work is rooted in memory, migration, and identity, weaving food into narratives of belonging and resilience. Through Rambutan, she invites diners to experience the warmth, spice, and spirit of Sri Lankan cooking in every bite.

Emily English is a nutritionist, recipe developer, and wellness creator with a community of almost 2 million followers who turn to her for fresh, balanced food inspiration. With a background in nutritional science, she’s passionate about cutting through diet culture and making healthy eating approachable, joyful, and sustainable. Her vibrant recipes and evidence-based advice have earned her a reputation as a trusted voice in modern nutrition. Blending expertise with a relatable, stylish presence, Emily was the March cover start for Women’s Health - her audience see her as both guide and friend in the journey toward a healthier, more balanced way of living.

Moderated by Tijana Tamburic - the co-founder of Female Narratives, a creative agency powered by an all-female collective. With a background spanning fashion, media, and entrepreneurship, she champions authentic, purpose-driven narratives that connect brands to culture. Tijana is an experienced moderator, speaker and host of The Slow Down podcast, known for bringing insight, and clarity to conversations that matter.
