Join Bourne & Hollingsworth Buildings for an interactive food and drink experience, in partnership with Solerno Sicilian blood orange liqueur, hosted by the award-winning, legendary team of Great British Chef Adam Gray and Great British Bartender Jim Wrigley.
7pm Arrival, Solerno welcome cocktail
7.30pm B&H Kitchen: Just Desserts. Guests try their hand at making Chef's signature Solerno Blood Orange dessert, under the watchful guidance of Chef Adam Gray.
8.30pm Below & Hidden: Guests will be treated to a tasting of Solerno by the Brand Ambassador, and then, guided by the knowledgeable hand of Jim Wrigley, we will learn to shake & stir our own Solerno cocktail.
9.30pm Guest repair to the bar to enjoy their drinks.
