About this event
I am so grateful to be offering a new Movement Circle at The Hearth, This gathering is an invitation to return, through gentle, craniosacral led movement, quiet meditation and breathwork to the deep rest and quiet wisdom that live within us.
For many, especially those who move through the world as neurodivergent, the noise and pace of daily life can pull us away from the body’s innate rhythm and knowing. Yet within our cells and systems lies an ancient intelligence, waiting to be remembered. In this circle, we will listen, move and soften our way back toward it.
Created to support the ongoing Neurodivergent Circle, this space is also open to anyone who longs to pause, breathe, and rediscover the sanctuary of the body.
We’ll begin our session with some gentle stretching, helping us open up and reconnect with our bodies. From there, I’ll guide you through Craniosacral Meditations and breath practices to support you in dropping more deeply into your body, where rest and inner wisdom can naturally arise.
Some of these meditations may be done standing, allowing space for movement and flow, so you don’t feel the need to sit still. The invitation is simply to listen to your body and let it guide you. There will also be space for conversation, sharing, and questions around neurodivergence—exploring how we can use our energy systems and bodies both to harness our gifts and to navigate discomfort with more ease.
