INFORMATION: FRIDAY 4th DECEMBER FEEL GOOD FRIDAY
We will be running our Friday 4th December day retreat a little differently. We will not be serving a lunch buffet or our Salad-In-A-Jar workshop. Instead, we invite you to bring a light snack to keep you fuelled.
The new itinerary for Friday 4th December:
9.30am Arrival & Herbal Tea
10am Yoga with Dipu Das
11.15pm Gong Bath
12.30pm Relaxation & home time
We will part-refund your ticket by £9 after purchasing to reflect this change.

Here is what you'll get up to on a Feel Good Friday:
9am Arrival - Tea and Welcome Chat
9.30 Yoga with Dipu
11am Nutrition talk and salad jar making with Chloe Myers from The Be Plan
(Please bring 5x600ml jars with you and we'll advise you after booking which ingredient to bring .)
12pm A wholesome lunch prepared by Dipu
1.15 Grounded Meditation - David will hold a mindfulness and meditation session in the studio to help you relax and unwind ready for the weekend
2.30pm Guests depart
All for just £49 per person.


Dipu Das
Samsara Co-founder, Dipu Das, studied yoga in a Gurukula system and developed a strong foundation deeply rooted in the Vedic tradition. He delivers classes authentically with the confidence of two decades of knowledge. Dipu's special quality is that he makes you feel as though you are the only student in his class. You learn a little nugget of wisdom every time you are taught by Dipu.

Chloe Myers
The gorgeous Chloe will be running a salad jar making and nutrition workshop. Plus, a sneak peek into her fabulous subscription service: The Be Plan.
She is mum to two boys and passionate about inspiring healthy living! Her own journey started in 2013, following 20 years of aggressive acne which blighted her life - she suffered blood poisoning as a result of its severity and had awful hormone imbalances and a weakened immune system. Turning to whole food nutrition as a way to heal her body has been life changing for both Chloe and her family, and helped her discover a passion for the health and nutrition world! She now runs Salad in a Jar events in the local area twice a month to help people find simple ways to stay healthy and have fun in the process.

David Cronin
And last but certainly not least we are blessed to have David leading 'Feel Good Fridays' Meditation session!
David is the Founder of Grounded. He has over 10 years’ experience in the fitness industry as a fully qualified personal trainer and diet advisor. He is a self-transformation revolutionist with his own understanding of how the human psyche works. A long-term practitioner of mindfulness, meditation and self-transformation, most recently running meditation classes in Kent and at David Lloyd Clubs.
