Come and spend a day learning about mindfulness and healthy lifestyle choices to enhance both body and mind.

Detailed Summary:

This will be a day to reflect on your lifestyle and see what positive changes you can make for the better. This workshop will include an Introduction to Mindfulness session and healthy habits session including food and drink education supporting you to make wiser choices and replace some of your bad habits with some new healthy habits for both body and mind.

This session will include:

1. Introduction to Mindfulness
2. What is Mindfulness?
3. Experience an Eating Meditation
4. Experience a Mindfulness Meditation
5. Learn how mindfulness can help you to make healthier choices for body and mind.
6. Learn how to respond to thoughts, emotions, and sensations in a helpful way.
7. Learn about your 4 classes of behaviour
8. Under your Human Drivers
9. Identify your triggers
10. Find out how to change your food and drink bad habits and create good habits

The 2 speakers are Nathan and Peter, there will a combination of both their coaching skills, in health, wellness, fitness, NLP and mindfulness.
