Feel Good Writing

This session will explore how creative writing can strengthen and improve health and wellbeing. It will include enjoyable activities designed to help release the words within you in a positive and creative way, and help you learn how to focus your attention in the present moment to increase self-awareness and boost your mood. You will have the opportunity to share your experiences, but you will not be asked to share or read aloud unless you choose to. No previous writing experience is needed.
