This 2 hour evening session was a response to a need for somewhere to meet, discuss and to find support as we travel along our life's journey. Underlying our choices and decisions is a layer of fear which we try and get away from, ignore or surpress.
Using the tools and strategies from the international best seller Feel The Fear And Do It Anyway, by Susan Jeffers, we discuss what amazing things we are already doing and identify what the thinking that is keeping us stuck or unhappy. And improtantly what do we need to do to use fear to the positive.
You will leave this evenings gathering feeling motivated and inspired to look at things in a different way. You will probably have made some new friends as well!
