Event Information
Description
This workshop is for those who are feeling
- stressed
- overwhelmed
- or anxious
and who would like to learn some simple tips and techniques to help them rediscover their balance and make the choices that enable them to live a life of greater balance, authenticity, wellbeing and joy.
It's also about tuning in to your intuition for greater clarity around who you are, what you want, and how to make the choices that will best serve you.
It's a little different from other similar workshops as it's situated in the most wonderful, peaceful rural setting! From the moment you enter the lane leading to the site, you can feel the magic of the place beginning to ease your tension. It's the chance to 'get away from it all', while still being only 10 minutes outside of town.
Equenergy: Wellbeing Naturally focuses on finding our inner stillness, and rediscovering - and learning to love - our own unique nature, through reconnecting with the Nature all around us.
Also the group size is small to help create a safe space where you can ask the questions that are relevant to you. Confidentiality is assured.
Workshop aims:
- To understand how we get into overwhelm
- To learn simple steps to reduce stress
- To discover how you can use your feelings to make choices that support you
- To give you practical tips and tools that you can take away and use in your every day life.
