Friday 10th October 9.30-1pm

This one’s FREE and open to everyone - members, non-members, and your mates too.

Here’s what’s going down:

🕤 9:30AM Workout - get moving with the Outtrain fam (workout for all abilities)

🧘‍♀️ Yoga with Lisa @_wonderinthewild - slow things down and reset

🍳 Walk, Coffee & Brunch @fredericsontheriver

🧊 Optional Ice Bath Dip - if you’re feeling brave!
