Is it a very physical workshop?

The workshop is physical in the sense that you will be moving. However, it is not active like Pilates, but rather small and slow movements. There’s usually no sweating involved!

Do I need a lot of space to do the workshop?

You'll only need a small space on the floor in which you can lie down for parts of the workshop. It's advisable to pop down a mat or blanket so that you're comfy!

Will I have to sing during the workshop?

There may be some singing required during the workshop, but all participants will sing at the same time and on mute! The singing is purely for participants to see a before and after result of Feldenkrais on their voice.
