The inaugural RSA Fellows Festival on 14 May is an opportunity to begin creating new thinking, new practice and new policies. It is about shaping the future strategy of the RSA - and charting a path towards a better tomorrow. That is why we are calling the event “In pursuit of the good society”.

The Festival will bring together prominent speakers from the world of academia, business, civil society, central and local government, and politics - alongside our Fellows and friends.

Throughout the day you will have the chance to hear first-hand from Fellows, policymakers, practitioners and creatives about their work, achievements and ideas. There will also be space to make your voice heard through Q&As, inspiration sessions, and workshops.

Join us as we examine how we live, learn and work – and what change is needed in pursuit of the good society. Our festival aims to connect you with the very latest thinking from the world’s most ambitious thought-leaders and practitioners.

We want the event to be welcoming to all. It will be a relaxed event and you can come and go from the sessions. We will be providing British Sign Language for all the speakers in the Great Room. There will be a prayer room available to use on the day, and access to designated quiet space for any attendees who may feel they need it during the festival.

Tickets are limited and available on a first-come-first-served basis. After that we will be operating a waiting list, and will contact people on the waiting list as tickets become available. We do expect this event to be oversubscribed and are offering a livestream of the day and other online events for Fellows as part of the Festival.

Taking part in RSA in-person events

To participate in the event, you will need to register for a ticket so we can make sure we have an up-to-date list of those who plan on attending. This is for capacity purposes. We request that all attendees evaluate their own health and that of those they’re in close contact with. We encourage all attendees that are ill or showing symptoms of illness to stay home and to cancel your Eventbrite ticket if you are no longer able to join the event.

Given the ever-changing nature of the pandemic, please always check your latest national Government guidance in addition to following our baseline guidance enclosed here. If guidelines do change, the event may be cancelled at short notice.
