 Reward in the Digital Age

Daniel Hibbert is a reward and performance specialist.

As Head of Reward he has over 20 years of experience in advising organisations on reward, working with the likes of PwC, Mercer and Deloitte and now works independently. His particular interest is in enabling reward to be properly integrated with HR and talent management, including career paths, performance management and the wider employment relationship. In 2016 he published his book "Thunder Cloud: Managing Reward in a Digital Age”.

Daniel will give a short presentation to set the scene and share his expertise around why reward needs to change, which will be followed by a round table discussion of the issues and implications for reward strategy in the future.

Come prepared to debate these and other related issues with local Chartered Fellows.

The University of Chichester is delighted to be working in partnership with CIPD Sussex and has sponsored the rooms and refreshments for this event.  Please note that tea/coffee/water and biscuits will be provided for this meeting.
