Do I need to be a member of the network?

No, you don't need to be a member to join in! You just need to be a woman running, or thinking of running, her own business, whether that's as a freelancer or a registered company. We are an inclusive network and welcome all those who identify as a woman.

Why "Female" Entrepreneurs?

Women face a number of additional barriers, compared to men, when it comes to starting and running a successful business, this network aims to do something about the gender imbalance. If you'd like to know more about this The Alison Rose Review of Female Entrepreneurship outlines some of the issues.

The Careers Centre is located on Guildhall Walk. This is close to Portsmouth and Southsea train station and several local bus routes. There is also limited pay and display car parking nearby on White Swan Road and Exchange Road. Isambard Brunel Multi-storey car park is also a 5 minute walk away
