Lisa runs her Health and Wellbeing Business, Fit For Moore Online and is also the Regional Director for The Athena Network in East and MId Sussex, Curator of Inspiring Talks Brighton. And Co Host of the Brighton Business Show on Radio Reverb.Passionate about helping women to re-evaluate their beliefs. Their work together results in huge increases in confidence, energy and motivation. She coaches women to pursue their dreams without feeling like they’re letting anyone down, or being selfish and helping them to get that clarity on what they really want their life to be like.

Lisa will host a interactive session getting us to think about 2021 and what we want to achieve for ourselves and our business over the coming months.

We've loved running these events throughout lock down and getting to know the female founders in our network better, it's always good to see new faces too so all are welcome !
