Delivered via Zoom, our training aims to:

Introduce/increase knowledge of Female Genital Mutilation (FGM)

Provide an understanding of the legality of FGM in the UK

Consider the emotional and physical effects on those at risk

Enable individuals to recognise signs

Provide information on where to get support for individuals

Provide key information for supporting those affected by FGM

Joining instructions will be sent out closer to the session date.

Mandatory training is provided for many organisations and professionals, however with our extensive credentials we can deliver a more detailed, culturally competent training, that can better equip you, to not only recognise the signs of FGM, but also to support any victim with the utmost respect and sensitivity.
