About this event

This session will explore how to identify and interpret key hormone patterns in women across different life stages, from menstrual cycle imbalances to perimenopause. We’ll look at how functional tests such as the DUTCH profile can be used alongside naturopathic principles to create a fuller clinical picture. Dr Anna will share case-based insights on red flags, lifestyle factors, and targeted interventions, helping practitioners feel more confident in combining testing with holistic tools for women’s health.

Dr. Anna is an MD specialising in preventive medicine and a recognised mentor in gut health, with over a decade of clinical experience. Her background spans both the pharmaceutical industry and academic lecturing, giving her a unique perspective that bridges science and practice. As founder of Digest Club, she now mentors and supervises wellness professionals, helping them build confidence with testing and clinical decision-making
