The answer is that they are non- contact sessions with the option for experienced boxers to spar. Our experienced coaches prioritise creating a safe and inclusive environment for every one.

What if I have never boxed before?

You are in the best place to learn! Our coaches are patient and experienced and are able to work with you to build on the boxing basics.
