Whatever you feel comfortable in. People usually wear legging and a t-shirt, but joggers are absolutely fine too. Trainers are best to wear on your feet.

Is there an age limit?

There is no upper age limit. You know your limitations, so you know if you are capable

I've never done any sort of martial arts

We do NOT teach martial arts. We teach practical and realistic skills and principles which you will be able to use so you can get away from a situation you don't want to be in. There will be no high kicks.

Is this suitable for beginners

It absolutely is suitable for beginners! No previous knowledge is needed, every fitness level is welcome.
