In the cafe area of the ymca. We will host in the top floor & spend some time outside. Parking is onsite (please enter reg on arrival)

Do I have to open up in front of everyone?

Not at all, only if you are comfortable. You can attend & listen only, get involved in journaling but nobody will have any pressure to speak up

What will be served at the buffet?

A selection of fruit, snacks, bites. Hot drinks / water available
