How do we do it?

The 12 Week Fempreneur Workshop is structured in three key phases:

Phase 1 (Week 1 - Week 4)

Our experts assist you in finding and defining your value as a woman and as a woman in business.

Phase 2 (Week 5 - Week 8)

Our experts teach you everything you need to know in order to be able to market your value, in other words; how to tell other about the value that you offer in business.

Phase 3 (Week 9 - Week 12)

Our experts assist you with how to monetise your value offering in order to maximise the utilisation of resources within your organisation through both passive and product/ service based revenue streams.

A magical learning methodology

We use experiential, social, intuitive, collaborative and discovery learning methodologies, together with a flipped classroom approach, to underpin the delivery of all content on the course. This is to ensure that all knowledge taught is practically accessible by participants with immediate effect. Content therefore becomes useful with immediate effect and the expert steps into the role of facilitator, more than lecturer.

The experts involved in this course are more than a bunch of loosely pulled together professionals. They are part of the ProTech family. Each is an expert in their own right and in their own areas of interest, but all of them believe in the same values, have the same ambition to make a difference in people’s lives and live and breathe to support the entrepreneurs we serve. This team dynamic makes us agile, practically relevant and digitally unstoppable in the training space.

Time Commitment

Participating fempreneurs are expected to commit a minimum of 120 minutes per day to working on actively assimilating and practically applying the knowledge and skills transferred through this course. Our goal is to achieve a 250% success rate on this project, therefore we require the utmost commitment from the woman lucky enough to be chosen to participate in it.

Tips for a successful interview:

- Be prepared! This is one of the most magical journeys in business you will ever go on, so it is worth preparing well beforehand to make sure you give yourself the best possible shot at being able to participate in the next 12 Week Workshop Journey.

- Have a look at what your predecessor #fempreneurs have accomplished and decide what you admire about them/ come prepared to tell us which of their journeys have inspired yours and why.

- Remind yourself why you're passionate about entrepreneurship and what it would mean to you to be able to develop your business and your network in this way.

- Read up on the coaches beforehand and let us know which coach you think you will learn from the most and why you are so eager to be able to work with them.

- If you will be crowdfunding for your fees you need to be prepared to convince us that you not only have what it takes to complete all your course week across the 12 weeks, but that you'll be able to, at the same time, and with our support, raise your course fees over the duration of the course.

- Bring and be prepared to share your passion, but also your weaknesses.

- Think about what having a TRIBE in business of fellow covid-proof fempreneurs would mean to you and be prepared to let us know.

- Just be YOU! We can teach you everything you need to know across EVERY single aspect of business, but we cannot teach you heart. We need to see that your heart is in this and that you're prepared to work with us in order to make changes to your life and business which will be a turning point in your life!

When does the next 12 Week Workshop Journey Start?

We run the course everytime that we have a total of 25 participants signed up for the next journey. Should you pass your interview successfully we will keep you up to date with regards to the numbers and the next time the course runs.
