About this Event
Fen Speak spoken word open mic night with special guest JS Watts.
J.S. lives in the southernmost tip of Cambridgeshire. A poet and a novelist (as well as a short story writer) she has published two full poetry collections, two poetry pamphlets and three novels. The poetry pamphlets include the multi-award nominated “Songs of Steelyard Sue” (Lapwing Publications 2012). Her collections are “Cats and Other Myths” (Lapwing Publications 2011) and “Years Ago You Coloured Me” (Lapwing Publications 2016). Her individual poems have appeared in a wide range of magazines in Britain and internationally, including Mslexia, Popshot, The Frogmore Papers, Poetry Salzburg and not forgetting the Fenland Reed and Fenland Poetry Journal.
