Fenella Woolgar will work onstage with Masterclass members on the following three plays:

1) Circle Mirror Transformation by Annie Baker. Choose any speech you like. Use an American accent.

2) Welcome Home, Captain Fox by Anthony Weigh. Valerie Fox’s speech on p.115 from ‘if you’re not going to choose us Jack’ (ignoring all his interruptions) down to ‘hardened paws on their little piece of whatever your name is’. Use an American accent.

3) The Veil by Conor McPherson. Either p.66 Hannah’s speech starting ‘Perhaps I can never understand’ and finishing ‘will you give me some laudanum?’ Use an RP accent.

or p. 95 Madeleine starting ‘You see, the day he did it’ and finishing ‘It’s the least she deserves’ Use an RP accent

or p.111 Fingal ‘It was the morning after all the buildings collapsed’ down to ‘And we all think it’s so real’. Use an Irish accent.
