Join us for a friendly, hands-on evening exploring the world of fermented foods.Through playful activities, gentle learning and cooking, we'll focus on how fermented foods support our overall wellbeing, and you'll get to make your own jar of gut-friendly veg to take home.

Who is it for ?

This workshop is open to all women who are curious about food fermentation and feel-good food habits. No prior knowledge needed: whether you're new to the topic or already on your own journey, you're warmly welcome!

Food safety & participation

  • To keep the workshop safe and enjoyable for everyone:
  • Avoid long nails (for safety and hygiene)
  • Remove rings or bracelets before handling ingredients
  • Aprons will be provided
  • All ingredients are plant-based
  • If you have any allergies or specific dietary needs, please let us know when signing up

About the workshop facilitator

Hayet is a Sustainable Food Advocate and Project Leader, with a background in social impact, community work, and food education. She designs workshops that invite people to reconnect with food in a light and accessible way. She's especially passionate about making everyday habits more sustainable!
