Laure is a qualified naturopath from the School of Naturopathic Nutrition and runs a small business called Absorb which supplies water kefir and other fermented products like Raw sauerkraut.

She has been making water kefir for over 5 years now and is fascinated by the role of the gut in our overall health. She is very keen to share her knowledge with the wider public and help open a new path of transformation and connection with themselves and the powers of nature.
