Learn how to make sauerkraut and how to get started at home. Fermented foods such as saurerkraut are beneficial for the immune system as well as maintaining a healthy gut.

Sauerkraut is just fermented cabbage but knowing how to make it correctly is important to get the most out of this cultured product. Healthy bacteria found it sauerkraut play a vital role in modulating the immune system and lowering the risk of:

- Brain disorders and mental illness
- Digestive disorders like IBS, ulcerative colitis and leaky gut
- Cancer
- Asthma
- Hormonal imbalances
- Food allergies and sensitivities
- Diabetes
- Obesity or weight gain
- Various autoimmune diseases.

Studies have shown that having a good amount and diversity of the 'good guys' in your gut can help you to lose weight and keep it off.
