Fermentation Workshop - Healthy Homebrews

Description
Join River Cottage preserves tutor and author of Tonics & Teas for an hour-long session brewing up some healthy fermented drinks using seasonal ingredients, such as Probiotic Elderflower Fizz (using water kefir grains) Rye Kvass with Wild Thyme & Hop Shoots, and Rhubarb & Rose Ginger Beer. The session will be full of tasters and demonstrations on how to make your own healthy homebrews. You’ll also make up your own ginger beer starter to take home.
Please note that you must also have a Food Fair ticket to be able to attend.
The workshop will take place on the decking situated behind the barn (the one with the bar and the cookbook sales).
