Join us at The Earth Camp in Chailey for a hands-on Fermentation Workshop!

Learn the art of one of the oldest food preservation methods, and discover it's benefits to our gut and immune system. You will make your own Kimchi from scratch, and learn how to make kombucha and other fermented delicacies. We will teach you what and how to ferment, how to store your creations at home, and you will also have an opportunity to sample various home made fermented goods. All ingredients and equipment will be provided.
