Marina Benjamin (The Middlepause) and Miranda Sawyer (Out of Time) reflect on midlife and ageing in a world preoccupied by ideas of youth, productivity and self-improvement. They discuss how our tastes, and our bodies, change as we get older, and consider the losses, opportunities and unexpected new pleasures that the second half of life can offer. They tackle what middle age means today, explore how people have confronted midlife, and show how we can face it with poise and greater insight.

Please note that you will be asked of proof for your eligibility of a concession ticket. Concessions apply to Full Time Students, Job Seekers Allowance, Incapacity Benefit claimants, over 60s and disabled people.
