Festival of Leadership: 'rethinking leadership for an uncertain world'
We live in volatile and uncertain times – faced by complex and ambiguous challenges that no individual or group can address alone. Such unprecedented changes require different kinds of leadership. Social, economic, political, cultural and environmental pressures demand flexibility and adaptability alongside clarity of purpose and direction. Many long-established institutions and communities find themselves under threat – yet in the face of so much change there are also opportunities. The Festival of Leadership is an invitation to connect, collaborate and engage with people from a diversity of backgrounds across the world in order to better understand the challenges we face and to creatively explore alternative ways of working and leading together.
