Festive Calm: Herbal Remedies to Relax & Restore at Petersham Nurseries

In collaboration with Hackney Herbal, join us for a workshop to learn about the restorative properties of herbs. We will be sharing knowledge and practices for creating your own herbal remedies. Together, we will explore a number of medicinal plants and essential oils that can help to support both mind and body.

There will be a focus on wellbeing and how we can keep ourselves warm and well as we head into the colder autumn months. Themes include keeping warm, cold/flu remedies, immune health, as well as restoring balance and overcoming stress.

You’ll get to make and take home a personalised set of herbal tea bags and a herbal bath salt soak – the ideal Christmas gift for yourself or a loved one.
