Festive Craft Workshop with relaxing meditation

Come along and get festive with our facilitator, and event lead Cassi who will lead a wonderful craft session which will start with the added bonus of some meditation.

The session will see you make your very own book Christmas tree which you can take home with you, the tree itself symbolises hope and peace at what can be a difficult time of the year for so many.

There will also be festive treats and music throughout the session.

As with all of our Sunrise Cornwall CIC events, the session is for adults affected by loss through suicide. We will also have trained facilitators on hand if you should need any time out during the afternoon for a chat.
