Rachel's Kitchen cookery classes are hands-on lessons where you'll learn cookery skills, while rolling up your sleeves and getting involved!

'Tis the season to sip on mulled wine and indulge. So join us in making delicious edible gifts that you will want to make extra of, so you can keep some for yourself too!
We'll be making Parmesan and nigella seed sablés, Candied ginger and sour cherry florentines, Spiced mulling syrup, Ginger crunch squares and Salted caramel sauce.
Rachel will be sharing tips about how to make the perfect pastry, caramel and more, you'll get involved making all these lovely recipes, and then you'll take your edible gifts home with you!
Date: Sunday 4th December 2015
Venue: Rachel's Kitchen, East Finchley
Cost: £110, with 10% discount if you bring a friend. Includes the class and gifts to take away with you.
