Join us for a candlelit 75 minutes of slow-flowing yin-inspired yoga poses and deep relaxation set to ambient, atmospheric music. Intended to calm your mind and release any stress from your week, we'll work together to unwind, ready for the weekend.
For this slightly festive special, we'll be focussing on the pressure of the Christmas period and thinking about ways to nuture yourself whilst looking after everyone else during the holidays. There will be a little treat to keep you going over the season, too.
Mats are provided. Wear comfortable, cosy clothes, and bring an extra layer - a big scarf or light blanket is a good idea.
