Of course you can. The Sound Bath can be enjoy both lay down or sat in a chair.

I have a medical condition - can I still join in?

Please call ahead to inform us of your medical condition prior to booking as there are certain conditions where the sound bath isn’t suitable.

I require a carer - can they come to?

Yes, carers can attend free of charge.

I have allergies - do you need to know?

Yes, please inform us of any allergy as we use essential oil sprays that can be blended with seed or nut oils. Please do this prior to booking.
