Welcome to Festive Sashiko Stitching at Lind and Lime Christmas Market! Join us at Lind and Lime Gin Distillery for a cozy morning of traditional Japanese embroidery. Learn the mindful art of Sashiko stitching and create your own festive designs for linen napkins/ coasters or pot holders perfect for Christmas and home made gifts.This in person event is perfect for beginners and experienced stitchers alike. Come and unwind with some calming crafting!

You will learn about the fascinating history behind Sashiko while creating your own designs. Choose from a wide range of stencil templates and stitching patterns as well as plenty of inspiration and tips.

You can select from Christmassy patterns or traditional japanese designs and play with colour and pattern combinations with a wide range of threads and fabrics.

If you would like to bring your own fabric / napkins / old clothes to be repurposed, that is to be encouaged as it is in the spirit of Sashiko , but all materials are included in the price.

You can create a linen napkin, coasters or a pot holder.

Suitable for beginners. Over 14 only (under 16 accompanied by a paying adult)
