Is my deposit refundable?

Unfortunately, deposits are non refundable.

Yes you can pay in full straight away if you prefer to.

I have allergies - do you need to know?

Yes, please inform us prior to booking of any allergies.

Are children allowed?

Children are not able to attend as the equipment being used is not suitable for children.

I have mobility issues - can I still join in?

Yes absolutely! The venue is fully accessible for all mobility issues. There are no steps to enter the venue and all areas are ground floor level.

Are the wreaths reusable?

Yes they are. They are made with a mixture of natural and artificial materials and will last the whole festive period and beyond.
