Your summer of fun starts here!
First launched as part of our Spring Festival, the Field of Fun returns for the summer holidays – bigger and better than ever!
Open weekdays throughout August, this playful outdoor space is specially designed for children aged 4 and up, but little ones are also welcome! Packed with activities to ignite imagination and burn off energy, it’s a fantastic way for kids to enjoy being outdoors. Parents can relax in the chill-out zone with coffee and ice cream purchased from our Welcome Hub, making it the perfect spot for all ages to unwind and have fun together.
- Hay Bale Play– twist, turn, climb and race your way through a fun, straw-filled maze
- Musical Wall – make your own rhythms and soundscapes using recycled instruments
- Chill-out Zone – a quiet corner with shade and seating to relax and recharge
- Mini Obstacle Course – jump, balance, and crawl your way through a mini adventure course
- Petal Pitch – test your aim and coordination with a range of throwing challenges
- And much more! – new surprises, games and open-ended play throughout the space
Open on weekdays throughout the summer holidays, from 10am - 3.30pm – come and play, explore, and make memories that will last all year!
