This will be an opportunity to see the work that's been done on providing a Field Staff Support Service for 2019 & 2021. There will also be an insight into the Self-Help Facility and how we envisage the two will work together.

This will give you a chance to ask questions and provide feedback regarding the intended field staff support offering.
