Event description

You’re longing for change in your life: in your work, your personal life, your finances, or even your health.

But fear is keeping you from changing. You’re sacrificing your health, your self worth, and your joy--and you’re bloody sick of it. You know you’ve been avoiding it, putting it off for another day when you have more energy or more time. You think that if you can just buckle down and push yourself forward, you’ll get through it.

Time is running out. You’re tired and stressed. And you’re getting tired of telling yourself the same story over and over again. You long to unburden yourself and to feel free.

By unlocking your Fierce Courage within, you will discover that you have a choice. This is your chance to make things different.

We’ll give you the tools you need to access your Fierce Courage, to lean into the places you’ve been avoiding, and to step into the life you deserve. You will find the power to make choices that serve you and to live a life that honours your values.

  • Insight on what really matters to you

  • The courage to honour your core values

  • Power over the voices that hold you back

  • Access to the energy you need to be brave

  • How to unstick yourself from your narrative

  • An understanding of the voice that will lead you to change

  • A sense of possibility and freedom

  • Accountability to make change

You’ll be working in a group of no more than 12 people who are on the same journey as you. In a confidential and safe environment, you’ll meet your deepest fears, learn techniques to silence the negative thoughts that hold you back, and discover the joy and magnificence you;ve been missing in your life. We’ll spend the day in beautiful surroundings of Barnes near the Green and the Common while we explore the following questions:

  • What am I avoiding?

  • What am I tolerating right now?

  • What am I longing for?

  • What’s really standing in my way?

  • What if things could be different?

  • What do I want my future to look like?

  • What’s holding me back?

  • What am I afraid of?

  • How do I stop negative thought patterns?

  • How can I live authentically?

  • How do I unlock the energy I need to move forward?

  • Hot drinks and a light breakfast on arrival, plus a hot lunch and plenty of snacks & drinks to keep you nourished and fuelled throughout the day

  • A full day of intensive & practical exercises

  • A Fierce Courage workbook to record your insights and learnings

  • A group of likeminded allies to support you

  • A fun, inspiring day with CTI-trained coaches

This workshop is for you if…

  • You need a day away from it all to get some clarity

  • You want to do something for yourself for a change

  • You want to make a big change in your life

  • You’re sick of being dominated by your own fears

  • You want to silence the negative thoughts you keep having

  • You need the support of others to take the next step

  • You want to remember what it feels like to be brave
