Join us for Fife's first ever RAINBOW GALA - a celebration of LGBT+ diversity in Fife!
You'll be greeted with a glass of bubbly on arrival, then served a fantastic 3-course dinner as you get to know the other guests at your table. Get ready for a night of FUNdraising as you enjoy entertainment, music and laughter from some fantastic guests and inspirational speakers.
We'll also be recognising Fife's LGBT+ heroes as we announce the recipients of our prestigious Rainbow Awards from around the Kingdom. There'll be raffles, prizes and fundraising games all in aid of charities based right here in Fife.
A night of glitz and glamour await, so dust off your best suit or party frock and lets celebrate our amazing rainbow community right here in the Kingdom of Fife.

Where does the money raised go?
All the money raised from the Rainbow Gala will be split equally, after costs are paid, with Pink Saltire SCIO and the new Fife Pride organisation. Working with other partners in Fife, the Kingdom will have its first Pride event in 2017.
I heard you received a Lottery grant, why do I still have to pay?
That's correct, we were successful in attracting a grant from the 'Celebrate' program at Big Lottery Fund Scotland in August 2016. Others, including the Fife Charities Trust, have also supported the event with cash and in-kind donations, which we are very grateful for. This allows us to pay for the decoration of the hall, the Awards, discounting the meal to ensure the event is accessible for all and ofcourse publicity and hire costs. We appreciate the support of Carnegie Conference Centre who have offered the venue free of charge and to the acts who have all waived their fee. This generosity ensures every penny raised on the night goes to the charities.
Are there any ID requirements on the night?
Yes - this event is for adults aged 18 and over. Please bring photographic ID which proves your identity and age as security guards and organisers will challenge those under 25.
Will there be a vegetarian meal option?
Yes, the venue will have a vegetarian option for each of the 3 courses available.
I have special access requirements, is the venue accessible?
Yes the venue is equipped with ramps and lifts if required. The Gala is situated on the ground floor with all amenities easily accessible. There are a number of reserved parking spaces for those who need them.
What are the accommodation options?
The Holiday Inn Express is situated within the same grounds as the Conference Centre. Organisers have secured a discounted rate from the hotel for just £77 Bed & Breakfast for this event. Please call 01383 748220, Option 3 to book.
What are my transport options getting to the event?
BY CAR - Entrance to the Conference Centre is opposite Asda on Halbeath Road. From A92 exit at Crossgates / M90 exit 3 at Dunfermline and follow the signs for Dunfermline Town Centre. Just after Fife College, at the Holiday Inn Express, turn right into the Centre grounds. There are over 60 car parking spaces, with a number of disabled spaces too.
BY TRAIN - nearest train station is Dunfermline Queen Margaret. The venue is around 10 minutes walk down Whitefield Road and up Halbeath Road.
BY BUS - bus stops are located on Halbeath Road westbound (outside Asda) and eastbound (outside Lynebank Hospital) with Fife services X24, X26, X27 and 19 using this route.
