SATURDAY 10 March 2018, 10am-4pm

OUTSIDE THE BOX: those who dare to be different

Morning session features:

FIFE WRITES: Fife’s own collaborative arts project .

SAM RANKIN, EQUALITY NETWORK: What’s it like to be LGBTI? This interactive session explores which issues women and LGBTI people have in common and which are unique, and why working together creates more equality for us all.

...and in the afternoon...

AMNESTY INTERNATIONAL: Prisoners of conscience are by definition “outside the box” – hated by governments, defended by workers’ movements.

FRIENDS OF FRACK OFF FIFE: amazing women from cross-Scotland’s Anti-fracking Network share their experiences, including theAustralian connection. AND....

The Nanas of Nanashire: “the oven gloves are off!” they declared, and hit the headlines in 2017 for their peaceful protest at the Cuadrilla plant in Lancashire. Their weapons may be tea and crochet, but boy, are they tough.

Lunch is free but you are asked to bring a raffle prize. This is an event for women and non-binary. To book lunch email licikopiej@gmail.com
