figshare fest North America
Fri 21 April 2017, 13:30 – 18:30 PDT
We invite you to join figshare fest North America!
figshare fest is a chance to gather together our institutional clients, advocates, and friends to talk about all things figshare and open research. We have chosen to host the event on the workshop afternoon of the excellent 2017 RDAP Summit.
The event will not be solely vendor-focused, with the program consisting of a mix of talks from figshare customers while also tackling issues impacting the research community. We hope to touch on data publishing and broader research data management issues such as researcher engagement, active data storage, data management plans, and institutional RDM policies.
Interested in attending? Our intended audience is open access funders and/or policy makers within the institution, scholcomm and data librarians, research support leads, and IT managers with a focus on RDM.
