Join Fashion Illustrator Rebecca Feneley for a session in figure drawing! This session is perfect for beginners as well as artists looking to get back to basics and hone their foundation skills.

About the session:

In a live 2 hour lesson Rebecca will cover a range of details and essentials needed to create your own fashion illustrations both with and without references. Rebecca will share her tips, tricks and her own process for studying and creating figurative art both traditionally and digitally. Rebecca will also share her insights on fashion illustration, photography and how to use fashion as a source of inspiration.

All techniques and skills in the session are applicable to both traditional and digital illustration, so feel free to use whatever format you are most comfortable with for the session. This can be a digital drawing tablet if you use this for your work, or pencil on plain paper, an ink pen or marker, etc. If you are using plain paper, Rebecca recommends plain printer paper (have a good few sheets at the ready) and a simple HB pencil will do.

The session will be live and attendees are encouraged to ask questions, as well as receiving individual feedback on your work during the session.

Printable templates and guides will be provided for the session if you would prefer to work with these rather than on your own.

This session is perfect for anyone looking to explore their creative side, beginners looking to start a practice in figurative art and/or fashion, and artists looking for a relaxed session to practice their skills.

What you will need:

- Materials for drawing, either digital (your tablet), or traditional (a HB pencil or set of pencils, black ink pen/ black marker pen/ plain paper, eraser/sharpener)

- A reference image/images (This is what you will be choosing to draw, or you can simply use the example sent with the guide!)

- (Optional) A nice drink to relax with!
