Make 2018 different. Join Health Coach and Yoga Teacher Naama to learn how to make goals that you can keep to. Design your 2018 self to be healthy, balanced and content.

Yoga Class:
Starting the day with a grounding practice such as yoga is a really powerful way to become present. When you are not constantly occupied with concerns about the future and regrets about the past you show up fully for your life. We’ll start this day unwinding, quieting our minds, nourishing ourselves and becoming present. That will set up the right mindset and tone for the rest of the day.

Intuitive Nutrition:
This session is about gaining clarity around nutrition, learning how to become intuitive with nutrition and eat more mindfully. Learn about Naama’s Wellness Map – the key ingredients of healthy living from nutrition, stress management to sleep and movement.

Self Care :
Self care is not selfish; it’s absolutely essential to an incredible life. When you fill your cup first you can give to others authentically and deeply.
If you are looking to up level your health and wellbeing you are probably ready to dive into the world of Self Care. Self care, simply defined, is nourishment. Nourishment for the body, mind and heart. In this workshop we’ll cover the different aspect of self care, from how to approach the food on your plate (mindful eating) to how you nurture yourself physically, mentally, emotionally and soulfully. You will create your own ‘Self Care Toolbox’ so you can start applying it in your own life.

Goals:
Do you want to know what’s standing in your way of achieving your health goals? What is it that makes you hit the snooze button every morning?
Why is it that even though most of the times we do know what we should be doing to reach our optimal health we still seem to fall behind?
An action driven workshop to help you define your health goals, learn more about what is it that might be standing in your way (and how to remove those blocks), and learn 7 essential tools for setting the right foundation to achieve your wellbeing goals.
