Art Workshop: Mug Painting / Gratitude / Well-being

Come join us for a fun and creative art workshop where you can unleash your artistic side! In this session, we will be painting mugs while focusing on themes of gratitude and well-being. We will write down positive affirmation notes and use them to "fill up" our cups. It's a great way to relax, express yourself, and create something beautiful to take home and "take a sip" of positive affirmations when needed.

Due to health and safety, a parent/carer will need to be present in the workshop for all young people under 14 years of age.

Please note that to take part in the workshops, young people attending need to be registered with a Birmingham GP and registered with Pause (if parent/carers are attending, they will also need to register their details).

Pause is an Emotional Health and Wellbeing service for children and young people up to 25 years old. We run brief drop-in sessions (no referrals, assessments or bookings required!) to help children and young people express their feelings in a safe space and empower them by encouraging them to take ownership of their wellbeing and learn skills and strategies they can use independently to support this. Alongside this, we run a range of workshops to bring like-minded people together, teach them useful strategies and skills for wellbeing and show them what Pause is about!
