FILM LOCOS NETWORKING EVENT - 21st June.
We are pleased to announce that our next networking event will be at The Film and TV Charity Headquarters in Soho, London. As you know, The Film and TV Charity has been supporting us, and we want our audience to know how they can get involved in our project as well as use their professional workspace in the heart of Soho.

- Victor Braga -- Victor Fraga is a Brazilian-born, London-based filmmaker and journalist with a sharp, provocative voice. An LGBT writer and founder of DMovies, he’s known for digging into cinema’s raw edges. He’s made four films since 2021, including The Coup d’État Factory and The Bad Patriots, and has written for outlets like The Guardian and O Povo.
- Lucas Pelizaro -- Lucas Pelizaro is a London-based, award-winning filmmaker blending raw stories with bold visuals. He’s making his second feature and shares film content on TikTok and Instagram with more than 400k Followers.
- Maysa Monção -- Film Locos Hub Project Manager
- Victor Rios -- Founder of Film Locos
Short screenings & Performances:
Film Locos Hub is a creative platform dedicated to empowering underrepresented voices in the UK film industry, with a focus on the British Latinx and Global Majority communities. Through masterclasses, networking events, and industry resources, the Hub supports emerging talent in building connections, gaining skills, and taking control of their storytelling journey.
