This guided meditation session focusing on calming breathing is a great reminder of what we can do for our own wellbeing. Using meditation gives you time for that relaxation as well as finding that simple way to calm the mind. 20 minute meditation is enough for most people to enjoy the meditation time without your mind floating back to your daily to do list.
