Finance for Growth - Understanding the Power of Your Numbers
This event has become an online workshop via Zoom, due to the Coronavirus. Please note the times for the event ave changed and this session has been adapted to work with the online format via Zoom.
Is it sometimes difficult for you to make decisions in your business - Can you afford to recruit? Do you spend enough on marketing? What is the cost of sales and what is the profit per sale? Just a few of the many questions a business owner and leader needs to answer clearly and precisely to ensure the correct decisions are made.
Indecisiveness can be down to having a lack of information and understanding of numbers within your business. And how many businesses leave these really important number crunching and interpretation to others such as book-keepers, accountants or partners without really understanding the details personally?
During this two-hour workshop, we will help you dig into understanding the importance and power of knowing your numbers, and help you feel more empowered to make the right informed decisions in your business that will impact growth.
Philip Budd is a skilled and experienced Business Coach who spent many years as a Sales Director, working his way from the ground up to sit on the board of international companies and has successfully developed many sales teams and strategies. Now as a business coach and mentor, Phil has dedicated himself to helping others fully understand their financials for their business in order to help them make the best and most informed decisions for their growth and development.
