The Speakers

We're delighted to welcome our speaker, Paul Gibson, to the next session. Paul brings extensive senior leadership experience as Owner, Managing Director, and Chief Executive Officer across organisations with 400+ employees and multi-million-pound turnovers. He developed a strong reputation for nurturing talent, leading teams, and driving organisational growth. As a qualified leadership coach, Paul leverages this practical experience to help individuals and teams unlock their potential through active listening, reflective questioning, and personalised guidance.

Session Overview: How to Communicate to Resolve Conflict

Paul will equip attendees with practical strategies to resolve conflict through effective communication. Participants will learn to recognise early warning signs of workplace unrest and develop skills to address difficult situations before they escalate. This workshop focuses on active listening and clear communication techniques that can be applied immediately to turn tension into productive teamwork.

For the 'Tales from the top' segment, our speaker will be Adam Green. Adam is Group Finance Director with a specialism in high-growth P/E-backed businesses in the tech sector. Pragmatic, high-impact and hands-on approach, with extensive experience in financial leadership, reporting, planning and analysis across international groups and multiple compliance frameworks.
